Amanda Ho
Amanda is a Chinese American, New York/Lisbon-based brand strategist, travel expert, community builder and change-maker committed to help the travel, tourism and hospitality sector become a force for regeneration and healing.
A leading voice in the travel industry, Amanda is recognised for her commitment to making travel a force for positive change. As the Co-founder and CEO of Regenerative Travel, Amanda has spearheaded a global movement towards regenerative tourism. Regenerative Travel helps travellers, hotels and the travel industry develop a regenerative mindset and fosters positive change to create a more equitable future through education, advocacy, and collaboration. Under her leadership, Regenerative Travel has built an association of hotels and travel agencies that are committed to environmental and social responsibility.
Before co-founding Regenerative Travel, Amanda was the founder of a multi-media lifestyle publication where she honed her craft as a storyteller and producer for luxury hospitality, real estate and lifestyle brands with a passion for sustainability.

Vicky Smith
Vicky has worked in tourism since the mid-’90s, and in sustainable tourism since mid-’00s, in destinations, marketing and e-commerce. She has headed up operations abroad and online for major tour operators such as TUI and Virgin Holidays and worked with online travel agents, media, charity challenges and voluntourism, NGOs and sustainable tourism accreditation organisations.
Vicky is a qualified ranger in Africa, charity challenge tour leader and acclaimed academic for her published MSc Responsible Tourism Management thesis which remains one of the top 10 downloads of all time in the Journal of Sustainable Tourism. She currently sits on the Trustee board for charity SEED Madagascar, is on the development team for the European and Global Ecotourism Networks and was an Ambassador for the UK Government Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) Year of Green Action in 2019.
