I'm a skilled sustainability consultant with experience spanning over 20 years. My focus lies in sustainable development and business transformation. Having worked for a range of clients across the hospitality and corporate sectors, I drew from my diverse insights and was part of the initial group of thought leaders to found Weeva.

I'm a mom of teenage boys and when not at work, I enjoy the peaceful and natural surroundings on a farm in the Winelands of Southern Africa.

Hi, I'm Lindsey

I'm a seasoned professional in the dynamic world of tourism with over 20 years of experience and a mum to two incredible girls. From steering growth at Tswalu Kalahari Reserve to co-founding startups Niarra Travel and Weeva Limited, I've worn many hats. My educational journey led me through the Digital Marketing Institute, but it's my background in Psychology & Communications from the University of Johannesburg that is the real secret sauce in my journey.

I like to think of myself as a mixologist of sorts, blending the latest digital tricks with good old-fashioned human understanding. It's not about flashy moves; it's about making smart, data-driven decisions while keeping things sustainable. I'm just here, doing my thing—innovating, learning, and driving business with a touch of humility.

Hi, I'm James

I have over two decades of experience managing technical products and projects within the travel industry. I specialise in defining strategic technical roadmaps to support business growth and identifying opportunities in the travel technology space to meet present and future needs. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a broad range of travel technology partners, providing solutions for Amadeus, easyJet holidays, as well as cruise, tour operators, travel agencies and airline alliances.

I hold a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Brighton, and recently completed an MBA Essentials course at LSE. I’ve just completed my final assignment for an MSc in Digital Transformation.

We're a family of 4. My two diverse daughters keep me busy between football practice and art classes. We all like Lego! Despite aging, I'm trying to pretend I can still take part in running events...it appears I'm getting slower!

I am an experienced Service Designer with a strong understanding of the nuances required to build innovative tech platforms, starting with idea generation through to prototype building and development implementation. I hold a Masters degree in Product and Service Design as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Design.

I am passionate about designing products that enable intuitive platform interactions and thrive on creating effective, meaningful, and memorable experiences for both users and service providers.

I love living in the beautiful Cape Town with my husband and two furry babies – sister Golden Retrievers, Lexi and Lola.

Hi, I'm Andrew

I've spent the entirety of my career learning the ins and outs of the travel industry (it's been a couple of years). During this time, I've created marketing and products that optimise ROI for companies by understanding consumer and B2B markets and identifying gaps and trends. Now it's time to create change!

I would describe myself as a full-time "Experience Nerd" and part-time golfer. I’m a sports nut – the diary revolves around what football and cricket is on TV. Go Liverpool!

Hi, I'm Dylan

I’m a passionate and experienced technical lead specialising in IT services and consulting. I was involved with Weeva’s very first pilot at the end of 2020 which led to me taking Weeva on at full capacity in 2022. My work involves the technical application of sustainability through the means of software development. I’ve been responsible for the facilitation and oversight of the architecture of the Weeva platform, ensuring security compliance and scalability.

I started in development at the tender age of 12 and entered the work environment as a Software Developer at EOH Microsoft Services directly after high school. I was the co-founder and Technical Director of Development house, Jack Studios which allowed me to help various large corporations with their technical needs. I've also assisted many start-ups get greenlit by providing technical solutions. On the side, I'm running Sploot, a pet parent-led community app.

Hi, I'm Andre

My career has been spent mostly in the insurance industry where I was lucky enough to work with some complex maths. I spent some time in the FMCG industry. I also owned a SaaS company that provided software in the logistics sector.

I do enjoy a couple of hobbies, including scuba diving and building CNC machines. I love chemistry (nutty professor perhaps) and helped my wife develop the first aquarium additive products for her business.

Hi, I'm Keyuran

I'm a well-versed Project Management specialist with over 8 years of experience. I support the high-tech inner workings of the Weeva team as Scrum Master and focus on agile project management. I am an optimist at heart and believe my positive attitude will ensure a team that feels supported and informed, working collaboratively with me.

I'm a keen gardener, golfer and Super Dad to a young daughter. Last mentioned has made me patient and people-focused, attributes that I need daily on the job. I'm curious with a keen eye for detail.

I have been a software developer for 30+ years and currently working as a senior developer in the team. Tech has been in my blood but tourism and sustainability is a first for me. It's great to be part of something that is making a difference.

I'm a keen gardener and a big animal lover. I have rescued many dogs in my life - I currently have 18 four-legged-kids at home.

Hi, I'm Ariel

I've been working as a software developer for the last 5 years (and counting).
During my career as a developer, I have worked on a wide range of software systems and made use of a variety of technology stacks. I joined Weeva's tech team as an intermediate developer in March 2023.

My creations aren't limited to code only. In my spare time, I'm an avid artist - oil being my preferred medium. I also enjoy collecting LEGO minifigures.

Hi, I'm Werner

I'm passionate about anything tech-related and immersing myself in nerd culture is one of my many joys. I started my career as a software developer as a junior at a company called Xpello, and after about a year I joined the Weeva team - what an opportunity it's been to expand my horizons!

When I'm not working or nerding out over the latest tech, you can find me writing poetry, playing video games or losing myself in my favorite music.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Statistics, the two main areas in which my expertise lies. I am a charismatic people person who also knows how to enjoy some much-needed time alone, although my two young sons don't allow much of that lately.

My family is the reason why I would much rather stay in than going out these days. My outlook on life has definitely changed in recent years - I believe it to be more tranquil and wholesome.

Hi, I'm Lucky

I'm a Full-stack developer with a passion for problem-solving. Over the years I have worked across the full development lifecycle from the backend to the front-end, which has brought me to where I currently find myself working in testing, which is centered around crafting end-to-end tests for Weeva to ensure the final product is optimised for the clients' use.

I am a family man through and through and care very much for time spent with my loved ones. My favorite pastimes include playing sports and visiting the iconic Wanderers Stadium to watch the cricket.

I'm a Business Analyst during the week and avid adventurer on the weekends.

I spend most weekends immersing in, appreciating, and conserving natural environments. When I'm not working on business flows, you can find me scaling a mountain face or diving in rock pools. I prefer a hammock or a tent in the bush over a king-size bed in the concrete jungle.

In the office, I am infamous for my sweet tooth.

I've been working in the commercial and financial industry for the entirety of my career (I'm a Chartered Accountant so go figure). In the last 5 years, I've been adding experience in the travel industry to my arsenal.

I studied Environmental Management and have spent the past 13 years working in non-profit organisations focussed on conservation and community projects. Weeva's vision and mission is right up my alley. Before joining the team full-time, I did a lot of sustainability-related copywriting. I enjoy being Julie's right-hand and supporting the diverse team spread across the world.

I adore animals and have a menagerie at home: five cats, a dog and a chicken.

Hi, I'm Mags

I've worked in HR for 20 years within various industries - construction, retail and technology to name a few. Over the years, I've been so lucky to work with many amazing teams and people - Weeva certainly being one of them. My favorite part of the job: making meaningful connections and witnessing team members thrive when in the right working environment.

Outside of work, I love being a wife and mom to two youngsters (who definitely keep me busier than a full team of Weevas!).
